The Clean and Dried Sunflower Seeds
are the main raw material for our Sunflower Oil Machine. The
seeds are bought from the farm or traders to the factory. These sunflower seeds
can be cracked in our Sunflower Cracker Machine to make the smaller pieces. It
is then directly fed into the press inlet for seed conditioning. The sunflower
seeds are mildly cooked and allowed to enter the press chamber.
The high steel shaft and pressing worms will crush the sunflower seeds and deliver the crude oil as the primary output. The oil will be collected into the intermediary tank and the oil cake is collected as the by-product. The crude sunflower oil from the press machine is sent for filtration to remove the impurities.
